Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom or installed products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a defective garden lighting or irrigation product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Installation services are non-refundable once work has begun. However, if you are not satisfied with our installation work, please contact us to discuss resolution options.
